according to the paragraph 13 and 23 of the D.Lgs, June 30th , 2003, n. 196 ( following called shortly “D.Lgs” ), we want to inform you:

1) that the personal data supplied by you to the "La Tana degli Artisti" during the registration on this website in the following form will be handled respecting the rules laid out in the normative mentioned above and the right to privacy provided for therein;

2) that the use of personal data acc. to par. 4 of the D.Lgs includes every action or group of actions, which, also without the help of electronic equipment, concern the collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, diffusion, deletion and destruction of data, even if not registered in a data base;

3) that the data will be handled for institutional purposes, connected to or instrumental for the activity of our company, such as filing, processing, invoicing, client management and, in particular:

a) to fulfill the legal duties in connection with civil, fiscal, bookkeeping ecc. laws to the end of managing the relationship established by you with our company;
b) to fulfill our contractual duties, as well as the duties concerning technical help, technical information and after-sales-service;
c) to be able to meet market-research and statistical needs, marketing and references regarding the products which are subject matter of the business activities of "La Tana degli Artisti";
d) ( only after your previous specific agreement ) to be able to deliver to you commercial information regarding future commercial enterprises, announcements regarding new products, services or offers, both of "La Tana degli Artisti" as well as of affiliate and/or controlled companies, commercial partners and outsources, through the sending of advertisement E-Mail or SMS-messages. The sending of such E-Mail or SMS in no way includes the making available of your personal data to third parties. This service also does not include the control of which websites you visit nor of the messages read by you, except by your consent;
e) to implement prize contests, promotional initiatives in general, in the interest of the user of "La Tana degli Artisti";

4) that the sending of your data is necessary to be able to discharge regularly of our contractual and legal duties, which are a result of the juridical business relations with "La Tana degli Artisti". In case you would not be interested in our commercial informations ( which will enable you to avail yourself in a privileged form of our promotional offers ), you can freely bring to our attention that you do not give your specific agreement for this distinct purpose;

5) that the data:
will be collected and registered in our data basa in such a way that only persons authorized to do so by "La Tana degli Artisti" will be able to have acces to it; can be used for the above mentioned purposes, internally by "La Tana degli Artisti" or through an external communication within the limits of:

a) companies connected, subsidiary or affiliated with "La Tana degli Artisti";
b) commercial partners of "La Tana degli Artisti" ( producing companies, suppliers, carriers and logistical companies, etc. );
c) companies carrying out research regarding the satisfaction of our customers.


We inform you further that everyone concerned can exercise the rights acc. Art. 7 of the D.Lgs, which we sum up as following:
Concerned persons have the right to receive confirmation regarding the existence or non-existence of personal data that concern them, also if not yet registered, and their transmission in comprehensible form. Moreover the concerned person has the right to receive confirmation regarding:

a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purpose and way of usage;
c) the logic applied in case of the use of electronic aids;
d) information identifying the manager, persons in charge and the appointed representative;
e) people or categories of people whom the data can be communicated or who can come to know the data in their position of appointed representative within the state territory, persons in charge or as agents.


Moreover whom it may concern has the right to receive:

a) the update, correction or, if he wishes, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation of his data into an anonymous form or the blockage of data used in violation of the law, including data the keeping of which is not necessary regarding the purposes for which the data was collected and used afterwards;
c) the declaration that the operations mentioned in a) and b), also regarding their content, have been brought to the attention of those whom the data has been communicated or sent to, except in the case that the fulfillment of this turns out to be impossible or that it would signify the use of means out of proportion in relation to the right which is being protected.

Whom it may concern has the right to deny, completely or partially:

a) the use of personal data regarding him, for legitimate reasons, even if it is in direct relationship to the reason for collecting it;
b) the use of personal data regarding him for the purpose of sending publicity or direct sales material or for market research or for commercial communications.
The holder of the right of use is "La Tana degli Artisti", the acting legal representative standing for it.
The data will be used through and with systems which are able to guarantee the security and privacy according to the programmatic document on company security, compiled according to the sense of article 34, comma 1, letter G of the D.Lgs and stored on our legal premises. The data is stored in a database also residing on our legal premises.
